Kinesio Tape verbetert de spierfunctie en activeert de lymfebanen. Er vindt drukreductie en een versnelde afvoer van afvalstoffen plaats en daarmee vermindering van zwellingen. Het bewegingsgevoel van het gewricht verbetert, waardoor effici\u00ebnter getraind kan worden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minder pijn en sneller herstel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kinesio Taping is een <a href=\"http:\/\/strac.info\/index.php\/kinesio\/voorbeelden-kinesio-taping\/\">behandelmethode voor uiteenlopende klachten<\/a>. De methode wordt al jaren in de Verenigde Staten, Duitsland en Japan met succes toegepast. De Kinesio Tape is een speciale antiallergische tape met dezelfde rekkracht als de menselijke huid. Na aanbrengen van de tape wordt de opperhuid opgetild, waardoor het aangedane gebied beter wordt doorbloed en de druk verlaagd. Daardoor vermindert de pijn. De tape kan meerdere dagen gedragen worden.
